- 4 cups cucumbers (chopped)

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, cucumbers, red onion, feta cheese, and mint.
- In a small container with a lid, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and pepper. Shake well until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
