Description

Delicious and easy slow cooker meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy pineapple barbecue sauce.


Ingredients

  • 40 frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
  5. Stir halfway through for even coating.
  6. Once hot and bubbling, serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.
