- 40 frozen meatballs
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
- Stir halfway through for even coating.
- Once hot and bubbling, serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.

- For best results, use quality frozen meatballs.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
