Description

A delicious dessert inspired by classic s’mores, these rolls are filled with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Extra melted butter for brushing
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg until fully combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers evenly over the dough.
  8. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a log shape.
  9. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place them in the greased baking dish.
  10. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter for a golden finish.
  11. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Remove from the oven and let the rolls cool in the dish for about 15 minutes.
  13. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a variation, try adding nuts or different types of chocolate to the filling.
  • These rolls are best enjoyed warm from the oven.
