Ingredients

  • 2 fillets fresh, skin-on salmon
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Boursin cheese with minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix until creamy and well blended.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down. Season them with salt and pepper. You can also drizzle a little olive oil for extra flavor.
  5. Generously spread the Boursin mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, making sure to cover them well.
