- 2 fillets fresh, skin-on salmon
- 4 ounces Boursin cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, combine the Boursin cheese with minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix until creamy and well blended.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down. Season them with salt and pepper. You can also drizzle a little olive oil for extra flavor.
- Generously spread the Boursin mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, making sure to cover them well.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once baked, let the salmon rest for a few minutes, then garnish with more fresh herbs and a wedge of lemon before serving.
