A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe featuring Lit’l Smokies and a tangy pepperoncini flavor.

- 28 ounces package Lit’l Smokies
- 1/4 cup peperoncini juice
- 1 ounce packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into Tablespoons
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place the little smokies into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Pour the peperoncini juice into the cooker.
- Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix, followed by the ranch seasoning on top.
- Place the cubes of butter on top of the seasonings, followed by the peppers.
- Add the top and cook on low for 2-3 hours, give it a good stir so the seasonings can distribute and serve.
Notes
- This recipe works best with the juices from the peperoncini as it adds great flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
