- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine size)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- as needed small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer.
- Add a folded basil leaf.
- Slide on a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat layers if skewers are long enough.
- Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Finish with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
