Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Add minced garlic; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
  5. Sprinkle in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  6. Add diced tomatoes; stir to combine and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
