A delicious and easy asparagus pizza topped with gooey mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ cups whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until thin; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread olive oil over the dough, layer with mozzarella cheese, and top with asparagus.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan before slicing.
Notes
- This pizza can be customized with other toppings such as mushrooms or bell peppers.
- For a crispier crust, bake on a pizza stone if available.
