Description

Delicious and tender garlic butter steak bites, perfect for a quick meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, ribeye, or NY strip, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side. Cook in batches if needed. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the pan and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return steak to skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Add parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Patting the steak dry helps achieve a better sear.
  • You can substitute the steak with any cut of your choice.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
