Deliciously rich and fudgy chocolate brownies.
Ingredients

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together over low heat then cool slightly before mixing.
- Whisk in sugar then add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt gently until just combined.
- Pour batter into a lined pan and bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until just set.
- Heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth then spread over cooled brownies and let set before slicing.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra fudginess, underbake slightly.
