Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder (vanilla recommended)
- 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 cup chopped almonds or pecans
- 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, chopped nuts, and seeds.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
- Remove from the oven and stir in dried fruits once cooled slightly.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
