- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 2/3 cup eggnog
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with sugar and eggnog over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes while continuing to stir.
- Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff and white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and ground nutmeg until evenly combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Lift out using the parchment and slice into squares.
