Description

A creamy and delicious white chocolate fudge, perfect for the holidays or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 2/3 cup eggnog
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter with sugar and eggnog over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes while continuing to stir.
  4. Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff and white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and ground nutmeg until evenly combined.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  8. Lift out using the parchment and slice into squares.
